Can you deliver to a PO Box? +
Most of our parcels are too large for PO Box delivery. Some smaller products may be eligible. Please contact us before ordering and we’ll check the available options for your item.
Do I need to sign for delivery? +
A signature is not normally required. Delivery arrangements may vary by carrier and location, so we recommend checking the latest instructions shown in your tracking information.
Can I request collection or another delivery arrangement? +
